The price hike and the lack of service will guarantee I will not be returning.
I don't think I will go back because I tried them three times and all three times were ok, nothing to rave about. I will search out private massage therapists who practice on their own.

Staff is very friendly. I got the massage from mackenzie and Jen, they are best, I had massage from deniell in previous visit, he was great too. overall great experience, I would definitely go back there.
I have been here a total of 5 or 6 times. The first few were great but I went back today and most certainly will not be returning. Not only did they raise their prices approximately $20 since I had been there 6 months ago but my massage therapist took me ten minutes late and then ended the massage 5 minutes early making my "60 minute" massage a whopping 45 minutes long. It was not very thorough or what I had asked for. Which I suppose the therapist wouldn't have known since she hardly asked me any questions prior to the session. I was acutely aware of the fact she was running late and hoping to catch up at my expense. Also I have never had a massage therapist completely disappear after the session leaving you to find your own way out.
Make sure if you get a gift certificate that you check it's valid before your massage! I got a GC from a friend. Long story short, the Norwell site didn't accept my GC after my massage and treated me like a 2nd class citizen. I went online and complained. Many kudos to Leah Gray, the Regional Manager! She responded within 48 hours (and a Sunday) and I had my refund within 4 business days! National office also responded on FB within 3 days. Thank you Leah!
Massage Envy is very clean and feels like an Austin Powers movie with purple shag carpets and pillows. The massages that I have had were ok. They didn't do my legs or glutes very well and overall I got what I paid for a $49.00 massage.
