The customer service number has not been working in forever, and it seems on the weekend it gives you a completely different phone number. The recording ask you to press four if you are a the car owner and the line goes blank. I have called over 10 times. Why does this company not have a listed phone number to check the status of your loan. The car lot was not honest on the paperwork during the transaction, and at that time I was able to speak to someone and they acted as if they didn't want to direct me to the proper people to report the incident too. They are too messy and it should not take all this to get information about thousands of dollars you loaning!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Definitely NO stars! This is the most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with. The lady I spoke with, Susan, yelled at me several times then refused to put anyone else on the phone stating that she was highest in rank. Will definitely NEVER use this business again.

No one there listens to what you say, and the just ramble on with their stupid nasely voices saying the same thing over and over and over, maybe if the would stop rambling on for just one minute they would actually hear what you have to say. Also maybe they should not say that something is ok, WHEN CLEARLY IT IS NOT! SUCK IT ONPOINT FINANCIAL!
