UNSAT!!!!! Called last week as I noticed on their website they do same day service. I even called and confirmed and mentioned my washer died, I was getting a new one but that it would be a week and needed my laundry done, they said no problem come on in. I brought the bag in Friday night (yesterday) after work and again confirmed with the kid at the desk that I had a bag of laundry as my washer died. He too said no problem and I said I'd be back Sat (the next day/today) before they close. Well, I just went by (tonight) to get my laundry and they said they wouldn't do it because there were underwear and socks. I said I don't understand and why didn't someone call as I left my number when I dropped off the laundry, the kid said they didn't have my number. No, I have to find somewhere to do it tomorrow myself as I work all week and washer isn't coming till Thursday. What a waste of my time and total lack of courtesy in a simple phone call.
