Always friendly and prompt to take a get your order out. Never had a problem.

***Update for September 2017. Stopped by for first time in a few weeks. Took 5 minutes to place dine-in order and *28* minutes to get my food. You get faster service at most sit down restaurants.

***Update for August 2017. Back to terrible. Two weeks ago stopped by and they closed the dining room there hours early due to staffing problems. Stopped tonight and they were out of ice, two of the sodas were out, filthy, and took 15 minutes to get food when not very busy.

I mean, it's Taco Bell. This one tends to have a smaller error rate than the Quincy location, but still not perfect. When it comes to sour cream, NO MEANS NO!

I only eat here once or twice a month and would like to hit up Taco Bell more often but this location is extremely poor. Towards the end of last year they oddly went from a 2-star to near 4-star average with no drastic changes in service that I've seen, so I'm guessing the friends/family/employee effect happened.

On a positive note, your order will only be wrong half the time (to include incorrect items, wildly inconsistent portion sizes, stale tortillas and shells).

I absolute love toco bells, but I have to say I feel DISCRIMINATED here. Every time I come here my order is WRONG, and it's feels weird for me to consistently going up to them ask them to fix it. They NEVER give me a tray( recently notice) when I told them I am dinning in when other do have trays. Another thing is tend to like SPY on us on anything we are doing , from going to the fountain or to get napkins ...) So I give this place less than a 1 due to the poor customer service and hostile staff.

***Update for July 2017. I wonder if the corporate surveys have done some good. Last three visits in the the previous month have cam out in under 5 minutes which is a dramatic improvement. Bumping up a star.

***Update for Feb 2017. The last couple visits I've seen a few of the same employees and service has been a touch faster, but on one occasion ordered a burrito and it came out looking like a flat, fat quesadilla and the other time ordered a hard shell taco and got a soft shell. Then a visit in January they were out of hot sauce.

Sometime dirty, sometimes really dirty, and for the last year or so almost always a 6-20 minute wait even when slow, closes early and runs out of condiments, sodas, and menu items like beans and meat.
